On a healthier lifestyle journey. In December of 2010 I decided to go on a healthy hair journey. I've changed how I take care of my hair, introducing more all natural items into my hair care regimen. Then in December 2011, I decided to change my diet and become a vegetarian. My body is a temple and if I was concerned about what was going on it, I needed to change what I was putting into it too. Now in April 2012, I'm taking steps to becoming a Vegan. I'm learning to be patient with myself, so here's a look into my journey.

Didn't weighed myself at the start of this journey because I don't own a scale; but also because I don't have a goal weight rather an ideal body in head. I just want to be fit!! Will post progress as it comes along.
